Resources to Help You Quit

Everywhere you turn people are encouraging you to quit smoking. They have in fact, day and from your favorite restaurants. What’s a smoker to do?

If You Don’t Want To Quit

If quitting isn’t something you want to do it this time, or you just don’t want to bow down to big brother and the man, you might want to try out and then choose the best electronic cigarette for your tastes. They come in all sorts of flavors as well as regular tobacco taste. You’re not blowing out smoke after you inhale one of these; you were blowing out water vapor.

No More Tar-no More Smoke

There are many tools to help you quit smoking such as e-cigarettes, nicotine patches, nicotine gum, support groups, programs, etc. If going cold turkey isn’t an option; those are. A friend of mine quit smoking with acupressure. (Not to be confused with acupuncture.) For those who just can’t get over having that cigarette in their hand, in handling and blowing out ‘smoke’, the e-cigarette is probably your best bet.
Restaurants, bars and other establishments may ban the use of e-cigarettes in the future but as yet almost none have taken that step. Of course the FDA hasn’t jumped on board yet to say that they are truly bad… They simply say that it hasn’t been proven that they’re good for you. Wow, nothing gets by those guys.
